3 Ingredient Papaya smoothie

These days weather is so hot and noting can beat it other than a cool tropical Papaya smoothie. Papaya and mango are always great when it come to tropical fruit in smoothies as well as banana; add small bit of sweetness.
I have got new obsession with smoothies Since we’ve been here. Specially with this new trend smoothie bowl!
I do not know why ! but most of the time I like to have carrot in my smoothie, for sure it’s noting to do with taste, may be I feel it’s more healthy :D.
Also do you know papaya is high in vitamin C so helps to prevent common colds?
