I’m a foodie person and really like to taste different cuisine as much as possible. From Japanese, Korean to Peruvian, Brazilian cuisine. Try to have a recipe from all over the world, like this month we went to Nepal so now I’m planning to prepare some Nepali food for next recipes.

This is a great recipe from famous maangchi’s food blog. Her recipes are so yummy and easy to cook.
For this recipe, I did some changes to her original recipe.
First, I add less hot pepper paste otherwise it’s too spicy for us. Also, we like to saute garlic and onion it eliminates any fishy smell of squid.
