Cakey Brownies with ice cream

Who can say no to these Cakey Brownies with ice cream, anyone? 😀
These moist brownies are melt in your mouth and taste so good.

My hubby likes these brownies especially with ice cream, oh so mouth-watering.
For us, they are perfect and a lovely valentine’s treat.
Normally we do not like to dine out on valentine’s week.
Mostly we have a cozy night, hobby BBQ and I bake these brownies and enjoy our night with wine and a movie.

Cakey Brownies

These are not only super yummy, easy-to-make brownies that are ready to eat in about 30 minutes. Just be careful not to burn yourself, after pulling them out of the oven and serve hot.

You may wonder what’s different between a cakey and a fudgy brownie. In a simple way, the cakey has more flour than a fudgy one.
But really is not mattered, cakey or fudgy… if you are a fan of chocolate these are just perfect.

NOTES:

– You can freeze these brownies but it’s better to cut them into serving-size pieces. Then wrap each individually and freeze.
– For the frosting, I just melt some chocolate and pour over brownies.
But honestly, these Yummy delicious hot brownies don’t need any frosting.

– The quick way to melt chocolate is to Melting chocolate in the microwave and typically takes under one or two minutes.
– Place the chocolate chip or chopped chocolate and 1 tbsp milk in the microwave-safe bowl.
Then heat it for another 30 seconds and stir again. Once the chocolate is mostly melted, remove it from the microwave the rest of the chocolate should melt in the remaining heat.
