Healthy Omelet in a mug

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole grain bread sliced
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Tomato chopped
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 Cup Cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add the egg, chopped tomatoes, milk, salt, pepper and cheese, beat together.
    Add the diced bread and combine with the egg mixture.
    Pour into microwavable mug.
    Add some more chopped tomato and cheese.
    Microwave for about 1 minute .
