Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Granola
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut oil
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • Fresh fruit for garnish: Strawberry Mango
  • Dried apricot
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Sunflower seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add granola, peanut butter and coconut oil, mix them well.
  • Then Butter your tart pan gradually.
  • Add granola mixture in to pan and press into the bottoms and sides of pie pan.
  • Let chill for an hour.
  • Then spread the Greek yogurt.
  • Top with your favorite chopped fresh fruit and nuts.
  • Let chill for 10-12 minutes and serve.
