- Cook potatoes on high heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Then in a large bowl add potatoes, and drizzle around 2 tbsp. melted butter
- Then add shrimp, corn, and diced garlic.
- Add salt and peppers
- Sprinkle with Cajun spice
- add dried parsley and onion powder
- toss and mix until evenly coated.
- Place an equal amount of everything on center of each sheet of foil
- Add remaining melted butter and seal each foil edge.
- Bake 180’C/365 F for about 10-12 minutes.
- Or place packs on the grill over medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes
