Spicy Thai Shrimp Salad
Spicy and Sour Salad

More like the traditional recipe has fish sauce, but I prefer olive oil.
These days in any Asian supermarket you can find, lemongrass but in case you couldn’t find
just add finely chopped ginger. For sure nothing can beat the tropical taste of lemongrass but adding ginger and beat chopped mint can do the trick.

For this salad, dressing is everything from citrus of lime juice, the tropical taste of lemongrass, the sweetness of sugar, and spicy Thai chili… all flavors (spicy, sweet, sour) dancing together.

Also, Instead of adding chopped lettuce served in lettuce cups, it’s refreshing lunch, a healthy supper, or as an appetizer.
