Over medium-high heat, in a frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté chopped garlic.
Then add chopped carrots, cabbages, and ginger powder or finely chopped fresh ginger.
Add 1 cup boiling water and let simmer for 6-7 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, add rice noodles then add 2 cups boiling water and let them cook and soften in 6-7 minutes then rinse with cold water and set aside.
In another frying pan, add chicken fillet and season with red pepper flakes and salt. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
Now add bean sprouts, scallion, and cooked chicken to the pan. Stir for a minute.
For sauce: In a small bowl, add salty soya sauce, lemon juice, honey, peanut butter, and garlic powder, and whisk them well.
Then add rice noodles and sauce, and mix well together.
Then add sesame seeds and 1 egg, and stir well.
Garnish with sesame seeds, scallion, and peanuts. Serve immediately.
