Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
In a large pot, bring water to a boil; add salt, and the broccoli florets, and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
Drain them well and finely chop cooked broccoli florets.
In a large bowl, add chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and eggs and mix well to combine.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill for about 10 minutes.
Spoon out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture with your hands to make a tot form(see the shape in the video below
Place them on the greased baking sheet and repeat the process.
Bake for about 18-20 minutes.
Serve with ketchup, chili sauce, BBQ sauce or your favorite dipping sauce!
