Western style omelet

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tbsp onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • - Chop your veggies Onion and bell pepper.(Mushroom)
    - Now crack two eggs in a bowl and whisk together until mixed well.
    - Start by heating a pan over medium heat. Spray olive oil.
    - Add chopped bell peppers and onion ( Chopped Mushroom)
    - Sauté for about 6-7 minutes or so until lightly browned and tender.
    - Season with salt and pepper and set it aside..
    - Now heat a small pan and melt the butter and roll it around to coat the bottom of the pan.
    - Add eggs to the pan and add the lid on.
    - Now gently move the eggs around the pan as they begin to set up.
    - Continue until your eggs are almost cooked.
    - Now add cooked veggies onto one half of your omelet and add cheese over the top.
    - Now it’s time to fold the omelet onto itself to create a half-moon.
    - Add a lid on and let sit for a minute or so to cheese melt well.
    - Then serve it with leftover veggies and enjoy.
