Crunchy Noodle Wrapped Chicken

Crunchy Noodle Wrapped Chicken, who can say no to them?!!

A couple of days ago in a Thai restaurant, we had deep-fried shrimp wrapped in noodles. It was crunchy and so appetizing.

Then I thought it would be nice with chicken too.
Crunchy Noodle Wrapped Chicken brings together the tasty goodness of chicken and the crispy delight of chow mein noodles. It’s not just a treat for your taste buds; its appealing look makes it great for any meal, from casual dinners to special occasions.

But first things first, the seasoning!!!  I just season the mini chicken fillet with my favorite mix; dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

The key to this recipe is; not to overcook the noodles. You could not wrap up mushy noodles.
So just 2-3 minutes is enough.

Also, I take these wrapped chicken to my friend’s house. Her little boy always says no to most food but guess what ?! He loves them and he keeps asking for more !:D
This means it’s kids approved dinner idea.
